2. Data processed
This website does not provide registration forms, online accounts or e-commerce services. Personal data is processed only when you voluntarily contact PROTECPART by email. In that case, the data may include your name, email address, company details and the content of your message.
Technical connection data, such as IP address, browser information and security logs, may also be processed by the hosting and security provider used to deliver and protect the website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Contact data is used to respond to enquiries, discuss possible business cooperation and manage pre-contractual or contractual communication. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the user and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in managing business communications.
4. Hosting and security provider
The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages and protected through Cloudflare services. Cloudflare may process technical data required to deliver, secure and monitor the website.
5. Cookies and analytics
PROTECPART does not currently use advertising, profiling or behavioural analytics cookies. The website may use strictly necessary technical functions provided by the hosting and security infrastructure. If analytics or other non-essential tracking tools are added later, this policy will be updated before activation.

Email enquiries and related business correspondence are retained only for as long as necessary to respond, manage the business relationship and comply with legal or accounting obligations.
7. Data recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting, email and IT security. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Your rights
